Launched: American Philosophical Society Library

In addition to the Revolutionary City microsite which launched in late 2023, we have been hard at work migrating the American Philosophical Society's main digital collections from Islandora 7 to Islandora 2.0.

APS's dynamic collections include the fascinating “Lantern Slides” from the first half of the twentieth century, mainly depicting indigenous populations. What a fascinating window into the country a century ago!
